Focusing on the past or the future can cause suffering. Use your breath to bring you back to the present moment. If there is something constructive you can do about the situation right now, then take commented action. If there isn’t anything you can do in that moment, then let it go and focus on something that bring you joy in the moment. It’s amazing how powerful your thoughts are.
