How is your focus, mood and energy? Our thoughts affect our mood and outlook. You can shift your mood with a decision to choose to focus on the positive in life. I know that this is easier said than done, but I have experimented with this. Next time you find yourself feeling stressed or worried, decide… enough is enough! Commit to taking action to create change? If there is something you need to do about the situation, then by all means do it. I have found this to be true for myself as well as for my clients. Focusing on something that makes you feel happy will raise your joy factor, then you will feel happier and more expansive. This creates room for possibilities to show up in your life. You will feel more hopeful and empowered because you are directing your mind rather than letting your mind take you to the dark side.
