So What’s Good?

So what’s good in your life? When you focus on the good in your life it raises your serotonin levels. This is your happy hormone. Did you know keeping your head straight while looking upward also can raise your serotonin? Try it sometime. Another good tip is to tap gently on your temples and speak this release statement: “Let to go… Release it, Release it!” All while you are focusing on the emotion or circumstance that you want to release. These are just a few tips that I teach my clients. Since your subconscious beliefs are running those old tapes in your mind you might want to have a virtual session with me.
